Shishir is a Drupal Fullstack Technical Lead at Srijan (A Material+ Company) with over seven plus years of experience in Fullstack Web Development. He specialises in developing web based applications in multiple frameworks including Drupal/PHP and has led customer experience applications in decoupled and Frontend Frameworks.

Shishir is an experienced developer in both frontend and backend technologies. He also has a good experience in frontend technologies like ReactJs, AngularJS, HTML5, SCSS, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery alongside Drupal, MySQL, MongoDB and Shopify.

He has worked on Atomic Design principles using Storybook and Pattern Lab and has hands-on experience setting up Frontend task runners for various projects using Webpack and Gulp. He also possesses practical knowledge of Vagrant and Docker.

Shishir possesses good practical knowledge of project management and is skilled in executing all facets of project lifecycle including scope definition, requirement gathering & elicitation, design, building, testing, deployment and production support.

Shishir is a hands-on developer in Drupal. He understands projects very well and helps Srijan’s customers define why a particular solution would work better than the others.

Shishir has worked on various products and specializes in creating media and community portals. He has expertise in writing applications using frameworks like Core PHP, OOPs, MVC and MySQL.
